StraxPropSG is the personal property advisory and research brand of Nicholas Teong. Estate agency work is conducted through PropNex Realty Pte Ltd.
What we collect
The enquiry form on this website collects your name, the email address or mobile number you choose to give us, the enquiry category you select, and the message you write.
If you request a copy of The Strax Perspective, we collect the email address you submit for that purpose.
We do not ask for identity-card numbers, financial account details or documents through this website.
Why we collect it
We collect this information for one purpose: so that Nicholas Teong can read your enquiry and reply to it personally.
Where you have asked for a copy of The Strax Perspective, the email address is used to send you that copy.
How it is used
Your enquiry is used to respond to you, to understand your situation well enough to be useful, and to continue the conversation if you want one.
You are not added to any newsletter or marketing list by submitting the property enquiry form. If newsletter consent is ever introduced, it will be a separate option that is unchecked by default.
Storage and service providers
Enquiries submitted through this website are stored in a private database that is not readable from the public website, and are accessible only to Nicholas Teong.
We use ordinary third-party technology providers to host this website and its database. They process the information only to provide those services.
Where a property matter proceeds, estate agency work is conducted through PropNex Realty Pte Ltd and information necessary for that work may be handled in accordance with regulatory and agency requirements.
We do not sell your personal data, and we do not share it with other agents or marketers.
Access, correction and deletion

Withdrawing consent
You may withdraw your consent to our use of your information at any time by telling us so. We will stop using it for further contact, other than where we are required to retain records by law or regulation.
